A lion disappointed with the way things are run in 'his' forest should leave the forest quietly (thereby sparing all the innocent weaklings he would so much like to devour) instead of roaring his disapproval from the mountain-tops in such a way that all the neighbouring forest-dwellers would hear and have a hearty laugh.
