The hare and the tortoise had a re-match. This time the hare didn't sleep.
After losing, the tortoise started complaining, "You bloody hare, you are so stupid. How can you run so fast when I am competing with you. Shouldn't you care for the less able? In fact, there should be a law that lets me win every race against you. Or even better you should not be allowed to race against me at all."
The hare burst out laughing and said, "Good one!!!". The tortoise with all its grumpiness-of-accumulated-decades replied, "I am serious." The hare didn't know whether to continue laughing (at the tortoise), or start crying (for the tortoise). Anyways, the hare retreated indifferently, secure in the knowledge that racing against tortoises and other disgraceful losers isn't the only thing in his blessed life.
