You spend a hour sitting with a friend, you feel that only a minute has passed. You spend a minute sitting on a frying pan, you feel that a hour has passed.
So, never spend a minute sitting with a friend on a frying pan. Or for that matter, never spend a minute sitting alone on a frying pan. But, if you insist on doing something with a frying pan, you might as well stand on it, preferably wearing a thick, leather-soled shoe. And off course, if you happen to get one of those brainwaves of superhuman creativity, you could fry a fish on the frying pan. Not after standing on the frying pan wearing a thick, leather-soled shoe, though. So, ultimately, you need to prioritise.
